Key Success Criteria
• Develop relationships based on trust with P&C Solutions senior leaders and other members/team leaders in Reinsurance.
• Shape and lead business strategy and transformation engagements
• Develop compelling responses to new business opportunities
• Assess and manage risks and issues and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure business results are achieved Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years experience in the P&C industry as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master or Business Solutions Consultant
• Good to have domain knowledge reinsurance
• Previous experience working in business consulting companies or products Development firms preferred
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication ( written and oral) and ability Interpersonal skills
• Previous experience building software using agile methodologies is required
• Proficient in using storyboards/devops (AWS/Azu re), managing user stories, and organizing Scrum ceremonies • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts Scrum (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog refinement, definition of sprint backlog, and ensure agility ceremonies are followed.
• Professional Scrum Master / Agile or PMI certifications are required
